Kayak trip was good.
Kayak trip was good. Guided tour of Molakai was not. I would rent a car for the day. If barefoot can't do airfare and rental car, do it yourself.

Good communication and assistance when booking. However when wanting to confirm/check details the day before the tour we had to contact the location directly and wait on hold, and when traveling that's not always convenient. Would of been nicer for them to confirm and get back to me via email. Tour was good though :)

The staff were very friendly and responsive, but the website had a glitch that meant my credit card payment didn't go through as it had indicated, and as a result we lost out on the tour we thought we had booked.

Guide lacked knowledge of area. The dry bags that were supplied smelled so badly of body order it was disgusting.

The drivers got us packed in the van all squished with weak air conditioning and did make any conversation. Wasted some time on waiting and pitstops.

TOO MUCH advertising! I really appreciate your company getting us a trip set up to dolphin watch and snorkel at Lanai! The trip itself was ok. The dolphins were great, but the snorkeling was not impressive. We snorkeled 13 times on this trip and this was by far the least visibility and the worst conditions. That being said, the main reason for only 3 stars was the Pacific Whale Foundations annoying ads that I am still constantly receiving 3 weeks after my trip was over. I am receiving emails, pop ups on facebook, instagram and on two games that I play daily! It is ridiculous and is definitely a turn off instead of a reminder to book with them!

Very informative tour and Chris did a good job such as, narrative the tour and drive.

The order process was very simple however, after waiting two days, I never received an email that confirmed my tour. I called the customer service number the day prior to my scheduled tour and was then told that my tickets had never been sent out to me and that they would be emailed that day...Thank goodness I called regarding my order status or the tour would have never taken place. I'm still not sure what the problem was or why the vouchers had not been sent but, I did eventually receive them.

Aloha U Glenn. We did check the records of your order. The confirmation email was indeed sent to you (2/23/19 at 9:16 AM) just after the order was processed on the day you submitted it. It was sent to the correct email address and you should have received it. Occasionally we find that a confirmation email may end up in a client's 'spam' folder and that may have been the case because the email was never returned as 'not deliverable'.
