Service is always excellent

My experience with this company was absolutely awful. I spent 90 dollars to receive the wrong piece which was a gift so that really sucked...well I contact the company they send me the stuff to send it back, they did not tell me when they would be sending me a new piece or anything. Oh wait I did receive that they received my shipment back. well my husband wrote an email saying how displeased he was with the whole situation and the response was that we will not be getting a new piece of a refund because they had to destroy the piece I sent back because it was "clearly used". One IT WAS A GIFT!!!!!!! YOU DONT USE SOMETHING BEFORE YOU GIVE IT TO SOMEONE. TWO I DONT SMOKE. I LIVE IN AN ILLEGAL STATE AND MY JOB DOES NOT ALLOW IT. So please tell me how my piece that was sent to me that was wrong...was some how now used. No what happened was the customer service agent did not like the email that my husband sent stating his disappointment with our experience thus far, and in retaliation this agent kept my $90 Dollars. I run a fb group of over 6,000 weed friendly people I will make sure that as many people as I can share and share and share what has happened with my experience here. Extremely unprofessional. This company steals money from people and is extremely dishonest. Absolutely disgusting behavior. I do not recommend anyone shops here ever!!!!

I got my thing fast and its good.

So far I’m very happy with my purchase. The glass feels nice and heavy and it’s really pretty. Shipping was quick and it was packaged well. Very happy thus far.

The piece came fast and is now our new favorite. Better than expected. Very smooth and also cool looking while using. I’ve bought others at similar prices and they aren’t even close to as nice as this one.

Nobody from this company has reached back out or shipped my product for weeks. I have asked for a cancellation time and time again. Does this company even exist anymore?

I would love to give a review on your product but unfortunately I still haven’t received it. It’s been more than a week now and it hasn’t made it to the post office yet.
