Haven’t received my package

I had recently purchased two different items one glass and one silicone. I received both of them the way they were meant to be New and unused. The glass I've purchased before but the silicone I haven't purchased it before. I thought it all came apart and went back together for the most part. I stood corrected with the tip. The tip of The silicone doesn't go right back on when they glued it. I never actually used it. I originally felt like I was givin attitude when I tryed to get a replacement . which I am able to know but still.

Ordered 2 pieces from them, was charged. Shipping label made..... Than about 2 weeks later with no contact what so ever get refunded. So who knows, but the customer service and communication is bad. Really want to try the order again but not sure if i want them to hold my money again for no reason.
