I suspect that Toker Supply has gone through a change in management or something. I used to buy from them quite a bit. I never had ANY problems till recently. First I bought a new bong and it arrived OKAY. Or so I thought. After a couple uses a fracture developed. They refused to make good on it because I had already used it. Then a ceramic nail I had ordered arrived cracked all the way around the inside and missing a large chunk of the side. The piece that broke off was not in the box anywhere so that means they sent it like that. No quality control or customer support anymore. Totally unsatisfied and frustrated. I will NEVER use this business again.

$23.75. Remember that. Long story short, I never received a package for an order that cost less than $25. Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that Toker Supply had no control over the package once USPS claimed that it was delivered. They are now nickle-and-diming me for $23.75, refusing to either send me a new package or refund me. They are also claiming that they sell shipping insurance to prevent situations such as mine -- though they advertise shipping RATES/categories of postage as "get your package in 2-3 days, instead of 5-7," not in terms of shipping insurance. Très sneaky. Upon asking their customer service -- which has no doubt dealt with issues similar to mine -- about whether I should pursue a refund through Norton Shipping Guarantee (which guarantees purchases made on TS), my bank, or some other solution, I was told that "whether you contact your bank or Norton, the courier physically scanned your package and delivered it. It’s possible it could have been stolen, but it’s not deemed lost from USPS." If that reads like a dismissive sentence fragment, you and I are in the same boat. So, to TS, thanks for your atrocious, patronizing customer service. At least I know which online head shops to now avoid.

I was excited to get my piece, as it cost over $130 and looked pretty cool. Unfortunately my pipe arrived broken. The pieces inside rattled and the glass is severed. I did not notice this until a friend pointed it out to me. When I contacted the company they asked for pictures and then let me know that if I used the pipe once or more, there would be no replacement. I was sold a broken pipe and then the "customer service" did nothing for me. I would say go elsewhere, I would NOT buy another product from these guys again. I feel scammed and taken advantage of.
