If I could give less than a star I would because I attempted to buy a Lookah Glass Dab Rig from them which is what they had advertised on their website in terms of the description of the product as well as the photos of the item I thought I was buying and when I received the item it was an unbranded knockoff from China or something that they tried to send me instead of the product that was in the photo advertised on the website! First of all that’s false advertisement which is really bad business because if it’s an unbranded knockoff then just show a photo of the unbranded replica that they’re selling and not a picture of a name brand product that’s a much better quality product! Also, don’t say it’s a Lookah Glass Product in the description if it’s really not a Lookah Glass item! SMH! Regardless, What I believe actually happened was that they didn’t have the inventory of the Authentic brand named item since after my purchase they were out of that item online so I’m pretty sure that rather than informing me that they no longer had that product in stock they instead just tried to take a chance and see if I’d be able to tell the difference which wasn’t difficult! Whether they’re purposely using false advertising or simply trying to get one by me either way it’s bad business practice and if they did run out of stock I should’ve been notified about it and asked if I still wanted a similar knockoff version but at a discount because why would I pay full price for not the real thing which they didn’t do either so if they don’t offer me a full refund I’ll simply dispute the charge on my credit card! SMH!

I received the water pipe broken they refuse to send me a replacement until I return the broken one. When there website clearly states they will send a replacement same day with proof of it being broken. This is word for word on there website (Either way we will have a brand new replacement sent out that same day at NO COST to you!) Now they’re saying they’re gunna say I refused to send it back when in all actuality I will send it back I just want my replacement sent out today. Stay away from this company they’re a major rip off. If I could leave zero stars I would.
