I had some peeling tiles but I sent the vendor images of the damage, and they are working on sending replacements. Just make sure to keep the original receipt for warranty purposes and you will be good to go!

Tiles were peeling but customer service was great. Snapped a few photos of the defect and they were able to process a warranty claim for me. Process was a breeze. Should be getting new tiles in 1-2 weeks.

Like all the other negative reviews say, the print starts peeling off after light use from a static (i.e. non-crawling) baby, and they never reply to e-mails to hello@toddlekind to make it right. Leaving this review not to be a jerk, but because I think it's the only way I'll get a refund :/ EDIT: their reply implies I have failed to get in touch. I have an active ticket on their website that they have never replied to or updated in over a week! I will e-mail the requested e-mail, but I *really* doubt you can't find my messages.
