ToddlekindReviews of toddlekind.com

The Mat is very hard and smells like chemicals.. they say the returns are free and easy but that’s not true - it costs 39€ to return thr mat within Germany ans the company expects me to pay it even though I’m within the 14 day return policy.

I’m extremely happy with the customer service! We had some issues with our rug, and the support team was incredibly quick to respond, very kind, and highly professional. They handled everything efficiently, and the problem was resolved smoothly and immediately. The whole process was simple and hassle-free. Excellent customer care — thank you so much for your help! I would definitely recommend them and purchase from them again.

Review title: Beautiful, Practical Products for Everyday Motherhood I’ve had a wonderful experience with Toddlekind! Both the compact changing pad and Haven play mat are beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and practical for everyday life with little ones. I love how they combine functionality with a timeless aesthetic that fits beautifully into our home. The products make everyday motherhood a little easier while still keeping everything looking lovely. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Toddlekind to other families!

I received the gift voucher from my friend (was on my wishlist) for buying the mats for my baby, since we were moving to the new apartment. Wanted item was unavailable for delivery to my country, without any details about it. Upon reacing customer service, they said this is a technical error and they will look into it. Since they didn't give any update for more than 10 days, my friend requested the refund for gift voucher and they reply was that technical error is now solved and I can make a purchase, which I did. Automatic reply said I will receive my order within on week and that I will be informed once it has been shipped. Not only I was waiting for 3 weeks (!!!) with their explanation that it is a new product and it will be shipped in few days (which was not, until I reached out again), but I didn't receive any information of the shipping status, until I reached out again. Every inquiry is replied with delay and very superficial. I hope the products itself are good, but customer service and support is worth 0 stars!!!!

I contacted Toddlekind regarding their environmental claims and use of EcoPure® in their playmats, as stated on their website. I asked for any documentation demonstrating the use of EcoPure® in the finished playmat which supports their biodegradation and sustainability claims. I also asked for evidence substantiating the “world's first” claim, and how this worldwide precedence had been established. I received an AI response acknowledging my questions and saying it doesn't have any lab reports/test results that can be verified available, but that a member of the team would review the questions and follow up. 12 days later, I hadn't received a response, so I followed up, and still haven't had a response 9 days later. As a result, I remain unconvinced by these claims.

Within a few minutes of submitting a request to contact the brand they responded and pointed me in the correct direction for the correct help.

Unfortunately the mats I ordered are not compatible with the carpet in our playroom. The customer service team reached out and went out of their way to make sure we were able to return the mats without issue. I really appreciate their willingness to help. I look forward to ordering from them in the future.

Reached out with some questions about the mats and they were promptly answered. Really good experience so far!
