Pretty sure this is a scam.

The customer service from this company is terrible. I entered the wrong address on my order and emailed them immediately to resolve the issue. The order has now shipped to the wrong address. Still no response to my inquiry. Also tried to call them but feel like the representative was from a shared service. I will be calling my credit card company tomorrow to cancel payment. Way to stressful of an experience. Hope they get their act together.

The playmat looks great at first, nice design. After a while it changes Colour (no direct sun) and the top layer starts to curl up. Sadly it's Not worth the money

Great products and customer service! I ordered two different coloured mats in order to see which would fit my decor better. They were incredibly helpful in helping me decide which would be better suited to my baby girls nursery and return process was a breeze.

Paid for my order 11 days ago - was supposed to be next day delivery. When the item was dispatched, I got sent an invalid tracking ID in German. I obviously cannot track the order because of this, so I emailed the company three times - no response. Pretty much as worst as it gets.

Mediocre quality play mat (with nice design) for a high price

Not a good product and very expensive. Part of our mat was in direct sunlight, these tiles discolours to a dirty brown very quickly. I didn’t know about the sunlight issue (nothing mentioning this on their website), & got a very condescending e-mail from them about this. They offered to replace the tiles which I accepted. Then all of the tiles that were not in direct sunlight light at all discoloured (took about 1.5 months), again they offered to replace them but it was always going to lead to the same problem again & again. The mats mark & dent very very easily, & the gaps in between each tile also slowly come apart leaving slight cracks. Product is not fit for purpose. This is a very expensive product & I would 100% look into going elsewhere- we eventually bought another mat from totter & tumblr which is absolutely fantastic & much nicer & better quality.

This is such an overpriced product. It’s just a very thin, piece of circular printed vinyl. It feels flimsy and must have cost them about £3 to make. I feel Ripped off
