Such a shame to be writing this as I was initially so happy with our haven puzzle mat. Sadly it hasn't stood the test of time as of hoped & has worn & perished far quicker than I would have anticipated. I'd thought I would be investing in a decent mat that would last me 2+ years of little ones given the price. Sadly after 1.5 years it began peeling and perishing so much I'm having to chuck as my 2nd little baby is sucking & putting everything in her mouth & it's no longer safe/ is become a choking hazard. Lovely customer service but no refund or replacement for me as I missed the warranty by a few months. Sad to chuck an expensive bit if kit & wouldn't have purchased it I'd have known they're just a year or two of use max.

Expensive product and edges peel within six months. My warranty only lasted for a year so I couldn’t get it replaced by the time I contacted the company about it, but generally not worth a £100 if after just a few months your need a new one! It looks quite bad in my house now to the point I soon will need to throw it away. It’s been less than two years of ownership. I wish I would have gone with the competitors because although other mats are more expensive they are very long lasting- years! I’d avoid these.

Was so disappointed by this product... Read in some reviews that the quality wasn't good, but I bought it anyway because it looked so beautiful. Although we were extremely careful, the playmat was damaged in no time (even after a few days, little pieces of the plastic surface came off). For a playmat of this price I would've expected it to last at least a few months without any issues :-(

Voilà 4 ans que j'ai reçu les tapis pour la chambre de ma fille, j'étais heureuse du joli motif original mais trés vite j'ai été absolument déçue de la qualité , la couche de couleur se décolle de partout et la partie prés de la fenêtre à changé de couleur par rapport à celle du fond de la pièce, malgré un entretien très soigneux et presque aucune utilisation car les enfants ne jouent jamais dans leur chambre mais dans le salon des parents! C'est hors de prix pour la médiocre qualité ne vous faites pas avoir par les belles couleurs c'est du vol! Salut les parents !

Je suis extrêmement déçue par la qualité du produit, moi qui croyais investir dans un tapis qui durerait dans le temps ! Et bien, quelle déception. Le tapis est très fin et s'abîme excessivement vite à l'usage (je précise qu'il s'agit d'un usage tout à fait normal avec un bébé de 5 mois qui ne rampe même pas encore). Les bords décollent, le tapis marque pour un oui ou pour un non. Pour finir, il a suffi que mon chat fasse ses griffes dessus une fois pour qu'il soit bon à jeter.

Bien que vraiment très design, tapis de très mauvaise qualité. Après à peine quelques mois d'utilisation, il a jaunie et se décolle.

The playmat is beautifully designed, no doubt about it. However, we were highly disappointed with its safety aspect. A few weeks after purchasing it, it started to get damaged. When we bought this mat, we had the expectation that it wouldn't get damaged from everyday child's play, as that could pose a significant danger to the child (risk of aspiration if the child tears off and swallows any damaged parts of the mat). The damages continued to spread with everyday play. The Toddleking rejected our complaint, explaining that our 3-month-old child is capable of destroying the mat in that manner, without inspecting the playmat. Therefore, I strongly advise against buying this mat because if you purchase a damaged product, you won't be probably able to replace it easily with a functional one.

The playmat looks great at first, nice design. After a while it changes Colour (no direct sun) and the top layer starts to curl up. Sadly it's Not worth the money
