The customer support responded within hour on clarification of product which I purchased and arranged shipment within the local hub. The product quality and finishing after arrival has been as expected as you do pay premium price.

Docking Station_UDS030
I bought the UDS030 docking station on 7th March and after few months, it wasn't able to project the second monitor due to power adapter issue of the Monitor. Tobenone was kind enough to send me a replacement unit. I found the issue at my end and they were kind enough to understand that. I would recommend the product and the company as their customer service is amazing.

Good quality products
Great website, fast delivery, good quality docking station (I took the UDS033 TobenONE DisplayLink Docking Station Triple Monitor with 120W). Works as expected and I really like the design 😄 !
