Outstanding customer service!
Judy did a fantastic job at helping us troubleshoot an item that stopped working shortly after we bought it. She then promptly sent us a replacement item when troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. Through the whole process she was so helpful and very professional! Outstanding customer service! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again because of the excellent customer care we received.

It works well
It works okay. It disconnects from the power cord very easily. I’m constantly having to unplug it and re-plug it back in from the back of the dock to get all three of my screens to work correctly. Edit: the customer service team got back to me and I was not using it correctly. I’ve got it fixed and it works great now!

I recently had an issue with a product and reached out to customer service — Judy was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She quickly arranged a replacement, and the new unit works much better. While a small amount of low-level noise is to be expected, it's no longer distracting at all. Judy's communication was prompt, kind, and professional. She made everything easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate her support and follow-up. Highly recommend both the product and the customer service. 5 stars well deserved!

This dock has been a huge benefit for my work setup. I’ve loved how seamlessly it integrated that I spent my own money to buy a separate one for my personal desk setup.
