I purchased a docking station fro my new home setup, and Judy from Tobenone sent an email asking the type of model I had to make sure that the docking station was compatible with my MacBook Pro. I purchased a hub for my MacBook air to connect my two monitors and Judy from Tobenone sent an email asking the type of model I had to make sure that the hub was compatible with my MacBook and it wasn't. I ended up canceling my order but I was really appreciative that she took the time to make sure I had the right model for their product. I wish that all companies were so attentive to their customer's needs. I will definitely go back to their page and purchase from them. Great customer service!

Tobenone Has Superior Customer Service! Thank you, Judy for your outstanding service. When I purchased my Tobenone docking station last year, it was great, until a few months ago when it started acting glitchy. At times only one screen will be visible, while the other went to sleep. I concluded that the dual USB-C cable was defected, so I purchased a replacement on Tobenone's website. After making my purchase, Judy reached out to me to figure out why I was purchasing a new cable and if I was within the 24 month warranty limit. After some emails, Judy was able to ordered me a replacement. Thank you Judy, for your kind and patience with me throughout the process.
