While the overall functionality is great, the voice activation mode rattles out 'I am here' everytime it hears a similar sounding word nearby, which is very annoying. The tone of the voice itself is another annoyance. Also can't turn off the alarm altogether. Rating it 3 stars as such.

I find this dock glitchy. Whenever I am using an Adobe program, my monitor goes black intermittently. Annoying since it's what I use for a living. I already checked cables so it's not a connection issue. Not enough power running through the USB ports.

Hi Vance, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble with the dock. Adobe software tends to use a lot of system resources and requires high-speed data transfers, which can push USB-C docks beyond their limits. If your laptop’s CPU is also working hard, it can add to the instability. We’d recommend trying a Thunderbolt dock with higher bandwidth to see if that helps smooth things out. Thanks again for the feedback, and we hope this helps smooth things out for you! Warm regards, Alice

Set up was straight forward. SW download appears OK. Not sure of actions once Apple updates IOS. Dual external monitors came on line nicely but now can not get them to engage. Power is present. Flash drives disconnect (are not continuously recognized requiring replugging.

The docking station arrived with no damage to the packaging; However, once we plugged it in we found that it is defective. The specific problem is that the ethernet port will not connect to our wired network and there is a loose part that rattles when we gently shake it. The other features on the device seem to be working fine.
