The products I ordered were shipped and delivered within a reasonable time. Tobacco stock voluntarily issued a refund for damage to some of the product, even though the damage was caused by the shipping company.

I ordered an item in error and I received hassle free service in returning it which I am thankful. All responses were immediate and polite. I have only been dealing with Tobacco stock for about 6 months but I was treated like a loyal customer. All delvers have been accurate and prompt.

I have been using Tobaccostock.com for a while now and it's always been great. Most recently my order had an issue arise that was no fault of their. The tobaccostock.com team and specifically Anna D took over and got a solution immediately with quick responses and the solution that made the best sense for the customer.
