Ordered, paid for 4 tires, was told delivery date. Well that day came and went, tracking number shows a different state, posted response about getting delivered. I uploaded pictures proving tire mart “owner” . i paid tire mart for a product with shipping, whatever the case i did not get my paid for product and got no help from tire mart, i followed all recourses EMAIL, PHONE, VIRTUAL and nothing , well I the consumer did not hire fedex. Dishonest. No response from email or customer support. RESPONSE,, OF CORSE YOU HAVE NO IDEA. THE OWNER STATED YESTERDAY MY DELIVERY WAS TO BE THERE YESTERDAY YET ITS NOT YOU DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RESPOND TO EMAILS AS STATED DISHONEST,, I REQUESTED A REFUND AND HAVE FEDEX SENT THE NON SHIPMENT BACK AND WAS TOLD NO;;;; very easy to say call, email. Well I have documentation of 12 plus calls, and 6 plus emails unanswered, as far as “owner” the “owner” responded in written form “documented as well” stating my delivery was delivered, hard to dispute written facts and yet I still do not have what I paid for. Go figure. FRAUDULENT, NO OTHER EXCUSES response 5-24, got a form response to my email from 3 days ago, no answer of calls , FedEx now states shipment is under. Tiremarts control Maybe they keep selling the same tires over and over again updated 5-25, no tires no money, but funding from cc company ..BE AWARE . update 6-1-23 NO TIRES NO MONEY HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 2 WEEKS FOR REFUND ,, YOU THE READER DECIDE ?? If there is a delivery or any other kind of issue all you need to do is contact us via phone call, email or online chat - we're always happy to respond as soon as humanly able and investigate! After reviewing this matter, we see that you contacted us about a very simple and basic FedEx delay - we offered help right away and did take action soon after, but you were extremely hostile and odd with your behavior, despite multiple agents trying to assist you. Needless to say we do not understand what this is really about and deny your accusations, especially since you did reach us without issue and since you didn't speak with any "owner". At this point we're genuinely shocked and disgusted by your behavior. UPDATE: We must finalize by saying that this is one of the most unbecoming, inane and genuinely unpleasant customers we've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Whatever we write, say, text or in any way communicate to them, they ignore and keep on spewing what can only be perceived as incoherent ranting. They spammed us with the same deceitful negative reviews on multiple platforms and they were, rightly, removed from all of them - bar TrustPilot which clearly had a lapse in judgment.

I purchased a tire for my wife's car and it clearly stated if ordered before 1:00 PM EST it would ship out the same day; that didn't happen. The label wasn't created until the next day. When I reached out to customer service they tried to blame the FedEx guy for not scanning it yesterday, but that's not true. There's nothing to scan and ship if there's no label created yet. They also said the tire would take 1-6 business days to get here which is unlike the other competitors online who have it to you in a day or two at most. The customer service rep also ended our conversation before I was done with the discussion. Only reason I gave it two stars is because the price for the tire was really good. In response to their reply, I have two items: 1) This conversation with the rep was via an online chat not a phone call 2) I've ordered multiple times from TireRack & TireBuyer and the tires were there either next day or two days later. No idea if they guarantee that or not, but it's been reality for me multiple times.

We can acknowledge that the order was placed on the 17th before the cut-off but sadly was not shipped on time due to some unexpected logistical constraints, being shipped out on the 18th early in the morning. For that we do earnestly apologize! At the time of your communication the Label was indeed created, explaining the comments from the representative; they did believe that the delay was due to the logistics issue, which could have been explained by the FedEx scanning process among other factors. We do usually deliver within 1-2 business days in fact thanks to our wide network of locations, but the general estimate is there for certain fringe cases. We do not believe that there are any competitors that guarantee such a time-frame. It sounds like they happened to have locations closer to you, while we did not at the time; the majority of our customers enjoy 1-2 business days deliveries due to the aforementioned warehouse network, it simply sounds like you were unlucky in that regard. Finally, we'll be happy to investigate the communication but our representatives are to never end any conversation before the customer clearly indicates they want to.

Fullway HS266 I bought these tires because of the great reviewson the site. I wrote a bad review and they took them all down. They are only displaying top reviews. This is the worst set of tires I've ever bought They are summer tires only.Driving in snow is like driving on roller skates,very dangerous. When I tried to return and they told me it was past 90 days never drove on the tires because I stored my truck until winter. I posted 3 negative reviews and they deleted all of them. I bought my tires from Tiremart, and they only post 4 and 5 star reviews on their tires. They have fake reviews.

We do have to contest that, we do not remove any reviews unless those that contain false information or inappropriate language. Opinions are welcome, be they positive or negative, especially as we simply sell the Tires and do not manufacture them. You're more than free to voice your opinion on the Tires!

I order tires to Tire Mart Friday Oct 14 around 12:15noon. They charged my items in seconds. I haven’t receive a delivery or tracking confirmation the email have no response the Live chat have no response and the phone number keep me on hold as #11 for two hours… I really need my tires and can’t afford to loose my money with this website.

With that said, we're not sure what you mean by "charged your items in seconds"; this was an online payment that you authorized and requested, those naturally are completed instantly. The Order definitely should have processed more quickly and we do apologize once more for any inconvenience!

Ordered on Friday 9/30/22. They say ship same day if ordered by 1:00pm which I did. When no movement on order by Wednesday 10/5, I tried texting and calling (pressing 2 when prompted to check on order) and did not get through. Undeterred I called back and pressed 1 for placing a new order and got through! A very nice customer service person found my order and said it had been scheduled to ship Monday but had been missed, by this time it was a few minutes until 5:00pm when the Allentown warehouse closed. He told me if he was unable to resolve my issue by 5 he would be back in at 10 tomorrow and would call me back. Sure enough Thursday morning I got a call from him saying my order would ship that day; it did. Tires arrived in a timely fashion thereafter. They were a good deal. Having spent 40 plus years working is a similar environment I understand how an order can fall through the cracks, especially when a weekend is involved. Tiremart could use several more good people like the person that helped me so the wait time on the phone would be less than two hours.
