Hi Birdie Z Its great to hear everything went well with you order, we have reached out to Ryan too to let him know how pleased you are. When our founder came up with the Tirescanner concept it was very much based on the idea that if we could combine the very best web experience, customer care and back office support with the nations very best independent retailers - those who find it hard to compete with the big guys online - then we could create a powerful combination of resources that really does have customer service at its heart - from your review we can see that we are going some way to delivering what we set out to create. We really appreciate you choosing us and we hope to hear from you again soon. Thanks again and very best, The Tirescanner Team

Hi Aaron Great to hear from you again, we are really happy that you managed to grab such a good deal. The value and customer service combo are really important for us to get right - good prices and a poor service or a great service and bad pricing aren’t going to make the cut - so when we hear we got it right across the board it’s a proud moment for the entire team. We are here for you, please do not hesitate should you need us for anything. All the best, The Tirescanner Team
