i loved the customer service i liked how easy it was and fast and the installation was smooth process, there was a slight hickup and was handle in a very professional manner , we will only use tirescanner for our fleet from now on. Trust me as a professional driver I deal with a lot of companies and I have never dealt with one I can give 5⭐. JUST MET 3 MORE TRUCKERS THAT WILL ONLY USE TIRESCANNER AFTER I TOLD THEM HOW GREAT MY EXPERIENCE WAS

They have it listed as 2 day delivery which is incorrect. I am waiting for over a week and still no tires (and I ordered 4). I guess I will not order again as the 2 day shipping is what got me to order along with talking to a person on the phone that guaranteed that delivery time before I ordered. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 2 DAY SHIPPING. If I needed them for a customer they would be upset, not a good way to deal with anyone but thankfully they are for my wife's car so we can wait which is not good either.

Hi Dale This is not good. I am really sorry to see that we had a delay with our delivery service, this was due to a distribution centre being closed due to COVID restructuring, a one off event but not good enough for you none the less and we are very sorry your order was affected. Every single order we despatch is delivered within this timescale, unless we foresee any stock or carrier challenges, which we are able to commubicate upfront. In this case we got caught out and it has not and will not happen again. Please email our CEO Mike Welch ([email protected]), next time you require tires, and we will ensure you are taken care of. Very best regards, The Tirescanner Team

I had a snag with the delivery of my tires. Anglelena found them and rescheduled my install. The manner in which she corrected this issue should be the model that all companies' customer service staff ought to aspire to achieve. Thank you very much for your help. Situation aren't always perfect, but your perfect C/S made my experience a great one! Tirescanner you have a Gem! 5 Star indeed!
