Easy purchase process
Tirebros24 reached out to me righted their wrong. They ended paying for the return shipping and emailed me return labels. Thank for doing the right thing tirebros24. The process for purchasing online is easy, but their customer service has zero communications. I purchased a set of tires online from tirebros24 and didn’t realize that I had made 2 separate purchases for the exact same tire. Never once received any communication about both purchases. Arrived home one day and saw I had 8 tires waiting for me. When I called to inquire about the purchases I was informed that I would have to pay to have them shipped back or I could sell the extra set. I feel I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping return as there was zero communication about both purchases. If tirebros24 will pay for the shipping return and refund my money I will take down the negative review or change my review to be more positive.

I was very upset my order was cancelled but Alex at TireBros24 called us right away and helped my husband and I solve the issue. He was absolutely awesome. Very professional and explained everything to us. I gave 5 star because of you Alex. I should be receiving my Tires soon and we are very excited. Thank you
