Received tires quickly and easily

Tire Bros is definitely my go to, to buy tires. Great selection, and both times I’ve purchased sets from them they had exactly what i wanted and the size i need. Its almost to easy to order and there customer is fast and helpful with no long holds.

I ordered tires. The tires I ordered came. I placed them on my car. The process is simple.

While washing my car over the July 4th holiday weekend, I noticed that my tires which I’ve had for almost 2 1/2 years now were damaged on the sidewall and I felt that it was time to get them replaced. I’ve been very happy with the Kumho brand that I have had for the last two years, they haven’t given me any issues, but however, they were beginning to wear a little too thin for my comfort, especially in Florida with the heavy rains and having a four-wheel-drive vehicle, my tires obviously wear out a little quicker. I placed the order for the tires on Sunday the 6th and I received them on Tuesday the 8th delivered to my home, the same brand at a much better price than I was able to find with any of the other tire distributors online easy financing terms with Affirm for which I already have an account. Very courteous delivery at 10:30 in the morning. Excellent company, excellent prices, superb tires with a AAA rating.

My experience was not a great one. I placed my order online.I went through the verification portion.It was approved after the verification. And the next day I received this email. "This email is to notify you that we have canceled your recent order. Please know that this decision is final and we are unable to reverse it. You will not be able to place any future orders with us." I called to get more information about this but unfortunately customer service is informed me that they don't get any information other than the order is canceled. No other explanation can be offered. I can accept you canceled the order, but when there is no explanation as to why ? That's not good.

Ordered tires, got tracking, tracking gave delivery date, tracking never updated. All you do is ship tires how do you messup the tracking. Used their chat to speak to someone who said theyd be back with me within a few hours. didnt hear anything so i chatted them again, cant do anything and said it can be 24-48 hours before they get back to you.
