I ordered a special gift box bourbon for my son for Christmas. It arrived damaged. Since I could not get an exchange before Christmas I was given a refund. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they responded to my email and how friendly. I will definitely order here again.

Shipping time was deceitful on website. I paid $14.95 for shipping one bottle, then bought another bottle for 20% off upon checking out, which put me into free shipping. Delivery was estimated to be 12/21 when I ordered, which was my boyfriend's birthday and this was his gift. I took a day off of work to be home to sign for it, however, it hadn't even shipped on the 21st and I still don't have it. I had to email to get tracking info so I know when to take off work to be here to sign for it.

Never got the product and probably won’t try a third time. They said UPS tried to deliver and even left a pickup message but we never seen a truck and no message. The only thing you did right is refund my two orders in decent time. We are very disappointed we did not get the product.

Delivery date when first purchased changed from 12/23 to 12/28 and I received no notification.

Correct gift sent very quickly!

Bad shipping problems takes forever to get

I placed order on December 15. I have not received my order until today, December 25. It destroyed my holiday. I emailed customer service a couple of times. There’s no help at all.
