I was a little nervous about ordering from TIPXY after reading some of the negative reviews. However, my experience was very good. I ordered 3 bottles that are hard to find in my area and got them at great prices. I ordered on 12/16 and took delivery on 12/27 in GA with free shipping through UPS. Accurate email communication of order status, standard UPS tracking, and secure packaging. I will use TIPXY again.

When purchased, said delivery by 12/29. I had to go buy champagne from the store because it is 12/28 and not even showing the product had shipped.

A gift to him - from him 🤷‍♂️. This was a Christmas gift to a close relative. Even though I gave you my name, billing address and email address you used my relatives shipping address as the billing/sender address and his name as the senders name; yet you correctly used my email for updates. When I contacted you your response was "If the shipping address is correct then the order will be able to proceed successfully." Now I must inform him of the delivery so he won't possibly reject it. Extremely poor attention to detail and a holiday surprise botched by you. You have several other competitors to choose from with similar pricing. I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Hi so far I am extremely disappointed with the service. Ordered some whiskey & gin from Alpine Distillery on Nov 30th. I still have not received it. No customer service number to call and no sense of urgency to get my problem solved. Not happy.

I have sent 2 messages inquiring why I still have not received my order and noone gets back to me.

Have not being notified on the shipment.
