I subscribed to Tiny Snap for my newborn. After one subscription, I unsubscribed as I no longer needed it. Today, I got the surprise of my life when I received an email from my bank saying that Tiny Snap charged me $144 AUD from my account. I have emailed Tiny Snap and am waiting for their response. Please, if you have already unsubscribed, double-check if they are still charging you because it is not good if they do this kind of thing. I feel like I was scammed by @tinysnap. In addition, you also took $101 AUD from the same account two days before you took out the $144. While checking my account, I saw that you also charged me twice during the month of May, on the 8th and the 14th. You should be able to see this from your record history. Another thing is that I received an email from a person named Ellie about activating my account. I did not activate it; your team activated the account without my consent and started charging me without my knowledge until I was notified by my bank. I am very unhappy with what you guys did. I completely lost my trust because of what you've done.

Tiny snap is fraudulent They keep taking money unauthorised from my account , no information to contact them and unable to login to my account to have them deleted . I have been contacted by the team and I tried the link sent to lodge complain and after having filled it was told can’t find an account it’s my email
