Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your feedback. The quality of the uploaded photo plays a huge role in the final result. If the original image is blurry, low-resolution, or lacks facial detail, it's unfortunately not possible to preserve every feature accurately. Using a sharper, well-lit, high-quality photo can make a significant difference. And as the preview is FREE you can regenerate portraits with different photos, different styles. If you're still not happy with your preview, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We'll be happy to review it with you, suggest improvements, or make the adjustments needed to achieve a result you'll love. Emily @ TinySnap

Dear Kelly, Thank you for sharing the feedback. 📢 Please note - any portraits that don’t match your child can be reported directly in the app, and we refund the credits used for them within 24 hours - so you can keep trying without extra cost 💚 There are a few things that make a big differenceon how closely the results match: ✅ using a clear, well-lit photo with a front-facing, visible face, ✅ choosing styles that are closer to the original look (some are more artistic by design, others more focused on uploaded photo preservation). Our goal is always to deliver portraits that truly reflect your child, and we’re continuously improving to make that more consistent with every try. If you’re open to it, we’d really love for you to give it another try - and if you need any help along the way, our support team is always here for you: https://www.tinysnap.com/contact-us Emily @TinySnap
