TinySnapReviews of tinysnap.com

I’m inclined to believe that the Reviews left on this site are fake as you cannot write a review on the actual Tiny snap website. I ordered two portraits based on these reviews and their website presentation. What I got from them is Absolute garbage. The faces were red orange as was the background. I ordered the pilot portrait with the airplane in the background. the airplane was tiny, and the pilot in the foreground was huge and out of proportion to the backdrop. It looked nothing like what’s offered as an example on the website or Facebook. I would steer clear of these people.

I was offered a price of $89 for a 20x24 canvas picture. After changing the subject matter, I could not activate the discount. TinySnap offered a personal phone call for personal (i.e. human) help, but never contacted me. I wanted to buy 2 such canvases, but will not do so because of their poor customer service.

I have tried to get in touch with you but have been unable to reach you my photo is not right my smile is not showing it shows a stern smile other than that I lived it but will not purchase until it is right I tried to get them to do a re do and they said zi had reached my quota for the day ??? I will not order a photo until it is right!’

I ordered 3 canvas only 2 came and bad customer services.... never again hopefully I can get my money back.....

will not respond to my emails of when i will get my order

Won't upload my picture after 8 attempts.

I was charged 3 times for the same photo. I have tried several times to contact Tinysnap through email with no response. Tiny snap states that they will get back to the customer within 24 hours, that has not happened. Tiny snap did a beautiful job combining the two photos into one. I was very happy with it and I attempted to order a 16 x 20 canvas painting like photo. The ordering process was very difficult and they charged me for three for over $446. As I stated, I’ve tried several times through the email system to communicate with them and they have not responded back to me. It makes me think that this is a scam business. 9/3,2026. Tiny snap has reached out to me three times now and is working very hard to resolve the issue, that I appreciate a great deal. They acknowledged that they were behind on communication. I want to brag about the fantastic job they did with the two photos I submitted, putting them together as one photo, beautiful. I am really looking forward to receiving the 16 x 20 canvas print.

Not responsive! Making me think is a scam!!
