Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback, especially from the perspective of a photographer. ❤️❤️❤️ We're truly happy to hear you loved the recreation of your father's portrait and chose to order both sizes. At the same time, we're sorry the final composition didn't match the balance shown in the proof. You're absolutely right that framing and spacing play a big role in the overall impact of a portrait, and we appreciate you pointing this out. Thank you again for your trust - we're honored to have created a portrait celebrating your father, and we hope to earn that fifth star from you in the future. 🤍❤️ Emily @TinySnap
