Nice work. I would like to see this as a "painting" on canvas.

The product is great and I'm very happy with it. However, communication from the company about my order was poor, even though I asked for updates a couple of times. I received a shipping notice on the same day it was delivered. Instead of communicating well about my order, Tinysnap deluged me with emails encouraging me to buy more.
Response from TinySnapJul 27, 2026
Dear Mr. Hardy, Thank you for taking the time to share such honest feedback. 💛 We're so pleased to hear you're happy with the portrait itself - that means a great deal to us. At the same time, we're genuinely sorry that our communication didn't meet your expectations. You shouldn't have had to ask for updates, and receiving the shipping notification on the day of delivery clearly wasn't the experience we want our customers to have. We also appreciate your comments about our emails. That's valuable feedback, and we'll continue working to strike a better balance between keeping customers informed about their existing orders and sharing future offers. Thank you again for your trust and for recognizing the quality of the finished product despite the communication issues. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we hope to provide you with a seamless five-star experience next time. 🤍 Emily @TinySnap
