Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for sharing this with us, and we're so glad to hear that you absolutely loved the artwork itself. 💛 We're sorry, though, that part of the image was lost around the canvas wrap. The preview should give you a clear understanding of how your finished artwork will look, so we completely understand why this was disappointing if the final crop differed from what you expected. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for giving us the opportunity to help. 🤍 Emily @TinySnap

Dear Dennis, Thank you so much for this amazing review! 💛 We love hearing that your prints have that hand-painted canvas feel—that’s exactly the kind of transformation we want to create. And having the right background can completely change the character of a portrait, so we're thrilled you enjoyed exploring the different choices. 🎨✨ Two prints you love, beautiful quality, and fast delivery - that makes us very happy too! Thank you for trusting TinySnap with your photos, and we hope both pieces look incredible in your home. 🤍 Emily @TinySnap
