my stunner arrived promptly and was well-packaged. it works very well and is super cute!

I received a defective nightlight, and I sent an email the next morning after troubleshooting. I received a quick reply and once it was clear the item wouldn't work, they offered me a free replacement! They actually didn't even offer, just sent it automatically! The person who I talked to was very nice and fast to reply. Other than the light not turning on, the nightlight (the little ghost!) is so soft and cute, and it has a really nice squish! I'm excited to get the replacement and I'll review that when it comes in as well!

I ordered a wisp and siloh stun gun back in 2025 wisp was delivered in July but siloh had taken a bit longer and was delivered in november. I loved them so much I decided to get a matching set of the valentine Yoga matt, stunner and saftey alarm! I ordered them back in December of 2025 I didnt get my yoga matt until February of 2026 then the stunner and alarm in march. While the wait time was not ideal, any questions I had regarding my items was answered quickly by diffrent customer service representatives. I love how concealed the stunners are you wouldnt think they would be a self defense item, theres truly no other like them which makes them a great conversation starters! Theyre such great quality like the yoga matt, which is so large and thick that I don't ache on the floor like with other regular matts. The saftey alarm is super loud, I have it on my keychain and accidently set it off in store, all the attention was all on me...eek but ideal in case of an actual emergency. The stunners rest in my gym bag and purse, ive gone through a bit of a sketchy area (stupidly) i was able to use the flashlight mode to see where im going, if anything we're to happen stun mode wouldve been easy to turn on! Im actually very grateful for these purchases and will continue to be a supporter!

fantastic customer service. I had an issue with one of the deliveries on the order (USPS issue for delivering the package), and I didn't catch it for the better part of 3 months. They set me up with a new one at no cost with no issue! Thanks desiree
