I've ordered from them a few times. When it's in stock it arrives promptly and is great, but when it's a preorder it may never actually exist – you need to be on their ass about it. I ordered a nightlight that never manifested, and checked in every 6 months until they finally said they never got the design right and decided not to make them. They gave me $50 store credit, which I used on something that claimed to be in stock, but turned out to be another preorder that took months and months. Love things when they arrive, but prepare yourself for a long wait and a headache leading up to it.
