My order has finally shipped! I ordered a bundle and plushie at the end of February. I didn’t realize that the bundle was a preorder, so I emailed. They responded within 24 hrs. Anytime I wanted to check on my order, I emailed and they replied within 24 hrs. Jenn always answered my questions quickly, and she was really nice. I’m glad my order has finally shipped, and they should arrive this week.
