They’re a joke of a company (UPDATED REVIEW)
Updating my review. My order was finally shipped and arrived last night, almost two and a half months after purchase. Upgrading my rating to two stars because the products are really good. Once I got the shipping notification (I was in talks with my bank to report the charge as unfulfilled), my order arrived super fast. What is still really disappointing and unprofessional is the lack of response and communication. Again, tripled check to see if my order was a pre-order and didn’t realize at first; it wasn’t a pre-order. At least respond to my emails letting me know it will take longer to ship! Initial review (1 star) I placed an order over a month ago and there has been absolutely no movement in the shipping status. I’ve checked several times, the item I ordered isn’t a “pre-order” item. Their message after purchase states 3-5 days to process the order. Lolz. As the other reviews state, my emails have gone unanswered, including DMs through their socials. For the amount of merchandise they advertise to sell, you would think they’d have better communications. An absolute joke of a company. Waiting for the alloted time to contact my bank so I can get my money back, because they’re clearly not going to issue a refund.
