NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Had a terrible experience with TinyProtector. I just wanted to buy their frog mat and guess what, after waiting for 3 MONTHS and paid over $115 of shipping fees I’ve finally received it. Ofc to receive it, I also had to open a dispute on the shopify system, and again, guess what ? After the dispute was opened, they miraculously sent my order in the next 2 days. Ofc it was not going to be delivered without any issues, so I had to pay an additional shipping fees of 41€, even after paying one of $60 when I made the order 2 months before. No commercial gesture, just delays and fees. Will NEVER buy again from this scam company

It’s been over 3 months I keep getting automated responses. The items at this rate look like they’ll never come. Worse of all I wasn’t aware I was buying a preorder product no where did it say it was on preorder until I messaged their support. Regardless of it being “preorder” it’s well over the time they said it would arrive. There’s a new estimate time every new month.

Never order from TinyProtectors. I ordered a few things, The Shiloh stunner, A miasma plush, A valentine makeup bag, and the moss the frog safety alarm. all of the stuff took over 2 months to arrive, and when it finally did, the miasma plush had two big holes in it, the stunner was super poorly packaged, and they left out the makeup bag even though I paid money for it. I emailed them 3 - 4 times and was ignored every single time. They stole my money, and didn't give me all of the products I ordered.

It's taking an absurd amount of time for my items to be shipped. I'm still waiting. None of it were pre-order items. It's been over a month now, and I'm so frustrated. It's like there's one person individually making my items in their bedroom on their free time. No communication from their team either. Don't waste your time. TOTAL SCAM. It's really, really, really not worth it.

Horrible customer service. I ordered something in October and didn’t recieve it until March — it wasn’t even a preorder! No response from their social media accounts when I DMed them but when I commented on a post asking when my items would arrive, it “mysteriously” got deleted — along with all similar comments. I have never encountered a more unprofessional company in my life.

Terrible. They take days to reply and clearly avoid responses. Ordered back in December pre order socks supposed to ship in late Jan and a pair of puffy dumbbells. It’s April and I received the socks and no dumbbells 🙃 the dumbbells were never preordered so they’ve screwed up and sold off my dumbbells that were supposed to be shipped with the socks and guess what? They never even reached out to tell me the dumbbells won’t be shipped. I had to email them to ask where on earth they are to be told they are waiting on a shipment from them. They always lie or have terrible vendors so their ‘ estimated arrival’ is always so off. I told them I will take the flower dumbbells instead because I know I could be waiting months again. I told them this 5 days ago. No reply email yet telling me when these will be shipped. They could be very successful if they could ship things on time and actually respond to people. I won’t be ordering from here ever again. They clearly don’t learn from their mistakes. 4 months to receive half of my order

"processing all preorders" i ordered in december, then the ai bot responding to emails said they're supposed to arrive mid march and still nothing :/ ab to file a dispute w my bank fr

I placed an order in December and none of my items indicated that they were made to order or pre-order items. Either way, their website states those items will take 6-11 weeks to arrive. I'm at week 12 with out a response vía social media, email, nor the BBB. It is truly a shame, their customer service is all AI or none existent. They are quick to accept money but not to give care to their customers. My friend placed an order in November and paid $50 for shipping! They wanted to charge an additional $3.50 to ship an item that was ready instead of waiting to ship together after months on hold. Sadly so unprofessional and the poorest customer service I have witnessed. They need to focus on fulfillment with current orders rather than continuing to create or market new items. They are losing so many people who would've continued to purchase items and support them.
