Tiniover River trike
My experience with Tiniover trikes was excellent because their product is well made, their customer service is quite responsive and their instructions are clear and precise. (if one reads them before assembly). My experience exceeded my expectation.

J adore mon tricycle il est très bien fait pour 2 adultes bonne porté peut faire des longues randonnées je le recommande a tout ceux a mobilité réduite et même les autre . très bon service après vente il te réponde très rapidement la même journée

After a thorough due diligence process…
After a thorough due diligence process that involved not only creating detailed spreadsheets but also driving/flying all over the West Coast to test ride etrikes, we decided to purchase two Tiniover Rivers through Bob and Anita (dealers in Bend, OR). We have no doubt that we made the right decision. The etrikes are AMAZING. We can't recommend Tiniover or Bob and Anita highly enough. (We may be calling them soon for a third River since it's hard to keep our 30-something daughter off of ours!)

I am 67 years old, I was a baker and worked for a family business who taught me a great lesson: you are only as good as your last sale. Tiniover is a GREAT company who will bend over backwards to satisfy their customers. I emailed and called them several times, and by the way everytime I called them was because I didn't read everything, my own fault. Everytime I called and emailed them, I was on the defensive because of other companies I have delt with in my past. They immediately responded to every email and phone call I gave them. I am seriously amazed at how understanding and caring they are no matter what problem I was having. I can ride my River Trike (Love it by the way) knowing they are like angels riding with me. I trust this company and will recomend them to anyone that asks me about how satisfied I am. Thank you Leo, Mike, Lily, and Dee. All 100% into satisfing their new customer for life. Note; My first email I had gotten said "Welcome to the Family" and they mean every word. They even got back to me immediatly on a Sunday afternoon and gave me the solution to my questions. WOW!

Along the River on my Tiniover River
The Tiniover team are a good team. Help set up to pay with two credit cards. After receiving within the tracking timeline. I did sacrifice the fenders for 4 inch new off road fat tires snow all terrain for my location has only dirt roads and trails. Very satisfied with this River model

the trike is as good as advertised,I am…
the trike is as good as advertised,I am 6ft tall and 200 lbs and am very comfortable riding even off road,,,I will reccomend the company and trike to all my friends
