Trike is awesome but the experience not so much
I bought two trikes, one came relatively quickly and the other one I had to wait about a month for it be delivered but they didn't tell me that I was going to have to wait until after I bought them. As well as they send the "free accessories" separate from the trike and you have to wait a few weeks to get them after your trike arrives. This happened with both trikes. They didn't even send the accessories together with the trike that I had to wait a month for, so I had to wait another few weeks for those. Customer service NEVER answers the phone and you have to email everything. I had been waiting for my free battery to come now for almost 3 months and I had to ask customer service to send it even though they said they were going to prioritize my order... The trikes require torque wrenches to properly finish putting your trike together but it's only mentioned in the end of the manual so you have to take it back apart some to torque it properly. The manual pictures aren't very helpful with putting the trike together and the manual is written poorly. All that being said I do really like my trike! Definitely not for a beginner to put together though and you might have to watch the videos to help you. But that's another thing, there's no audio on the video and you have to read and watch what is happening at the same time and it's gotta be slowed down just to view it. Honestly I would've returned these if I wasn't mechanically inclined.
