A Very Happy Ending
After speaking with the customer support manager it help me to understand better about the communication and feed back from the Support Client Manager and Attorney.I would like to think them for helping us with that very horrible timeshare experience.

Mr. and Mrs. Roker, As we know that you are aware your timeshare situation was an especially difficult case to complete. The resort fought tooth and nail the whole time. We understand at times this may have been nerve-racking for you, in fact, we are the first to empathize with your situation. What your review does not point out is that your cancellation is complete and you are now Timeshare Free. Having signed up with us in November 2018 your cancellation took one year to complete. Our very detailed records indicate that we maintained contact with you each month during the process, as promised. In fact, there were many times that we were in contact multiple times in a month. Every timeshare situation is unique and some cancellations are more difficult than others. One thing we promise our customers is that we will not take you on as a client unless we are absolutely confident that we can effectively complete the job. We also guarantee our work in the event that we were unsuccessful. Thank you for being a client and though it was a challenge we are thrilled to have been able to complete the job for you.

We were ready to jump off a bridge…
We were ready to jump off a bridge behind the con that the newly acquired Timeshare Company sold us after buying out the Timeshare company we had been happy with for 7 years. We called Timeshare Freedom Group 2 days after receiving an almost $4,000.00 maintenance bill, and they saved our lives. I thank God for directing us to the Timeshare Freedom Group, they are an honest organization.

Timeshare Freedom did a very good job…
Timeshare Freedom did a very good job releasing from a contract with Hilton. It was very expensive and took over a year, but they were successful.

For my first timeshare they were able…
For my first timeshare they were able to settle it and i am done with it.. Now i am in the middle of my second one, it seems to be going the right course..

Delivered as promised...timeshare…
Delivered as promised...timeshare freedom group had our contract canceled with divi resorts. They are excellent and work reasonably fast. I highly recommend them. Hint: don’t ever buy a timeshare!
