Expected More
It took chunk of our savings to get out of our timeshare. We were told that most people get some of their money back, but after several tens of thousands plus, I feel we were taken advantage of our situation and communication was almost non-existent. Then, when we got the "congratulations" letter and that was it, I guess we expected a little more form Timeshare Compliance.

Although it is a fact that some people do get refunds from the developer we never guarantee refunds as each developer and case is different. I am concerned that you were left feeling less than connected in the process. I am happy that you are no longer in your contract. Need much better communication
Need much better communication, we don’t hear anything regarding the status on the progress with the timeshare exit.

I wish I could give you a higher rating…
I wish I could give you a higher rating but we have been waiting over a year and still have no results regarding getting out of our timeshare, except two credit high cards bills and a bad credit rating due to past due from Wyndham. Although everyone from timeshare compliance is very responsive, our frustration level is over the top! Even the lawyer has told Wyndham they no longer represent us (apparently that is a lawyer tactic) but it is VERY stressful! I will be happy to upgrade this rating if we ever finish this!

I keep dealing with issues if my credit being affected. And the phone calls have started back up

There are certain steps that are taken once signing on with TSC, but that doesn't mean the developers are respectful to the process. Great Experience!
We had a great experience throughout the whole process, start to finish. We were also able to make payments each month which helped tremendously to put this whole timeshare experience behind us.

Well we’re just st the start of getting…
Well we’re just st the start of getting this going. As we were comprehensive to get involved with yet another company not knowing if it were a scam or lagget. We asked a lot of questions and the representative did not hesitate to answer and searched their protocol to make sure he gave the correct answer. Impressive it bothered him so he made sure he gave correct Information did his research and called us back.

Communication is initiated by me, not the company. Also, I don't feel a sense of urgency on behalf of the company to resolve my issue, but I am assured that they are on top of things.
