we made choice to get Timeshare Compliance to help us get out of our timeshare and it has not proven to have been a good choice. it has been over a year and have paid Timeshare compliance in full and still nothing has been resolved. It has not been a good experience. From the very start our case was turned over to other legal group with excuse that the new group had more experience in working with people from our timeshare reps. Our case should not have taken this long since we had paid already a few thousand dollars and never used the program, when we decided to get out. I wonder how more difficult it would've been if we would have used the timeshare. It has been frustrating and stressing. I would never recommend this Company to anyone.

Frank V and Mary M, Thank you for your posting. I apologize that you are not happy with the service up to now. Although timeshare cancellations can be time exhaustive we respect the time that it has taken thus far. I have requested that your representative follow up with your legal counsel and then follow up with you. I must add that we did attempt to reach out to you by phone on 12/6/2018. We will attempt again this upcoming week as contact is important. Thank you Scott
