I started with Timeshare Compliance on Sept.12th I have paid them 3,098 dollars. as of 12/18/18 I haven't heard one word from them and Orange Lake my time share company is about to foreclose on my Timeshare.

As I have already reached out to you in reference to this issue, I will only publically state that the financial amount listed is incorrect and per our service agreement forward movement on an account is only made after the contractual steps have been achieved. Right now I can only give A partial…
Right now I can only give A partial review because I don’t know how much longer it’s gonna take I was told that it might take 8 to 9 more months if everything goes as planned. I would address one thing that I don’t think I was told about and that is that we had to purchase the service Of a lawyer, I was thinking that timeshare compliance would be the only people that I would have to pay to get out of this contract. So We’ll see how everything goes from this point forward and hope everything Comes out OK. Conrad BAKER

Conrad, thank you for leaving us a review. We wanted to clarify the retainer process in more detail. As explained in the Service Agreement that you signed, retaining your attorney is a legal process. In order for your attorney to legally represent you, you must be the one to retain them. Please let us know if that helps to clarify the confusion. Disappointed
So far, Timeshare Compliance has done what they said they would. They have kept our credit rating from tanking and presented our claim to the timeshare developer. They have addressed our concerns with the process, but we are disappointed because we continuously have to call or email them to get information. It has been eleven months since we started this process and we cannot think of one instance where they contacted us first to update us about our claim.

They were very understanding of our situation. Listen to what I was saying.They started collecting information immediately and started the process right away. Understood what I was saying about the time shares. I did not feel like I was a failure for being involve in a timeshare.

Timeshare Compliance is excellent
Timeshare Compliance is excellent. I called them about my timeshare problems and within four days that had a representative fly across the country to my home in Brooklyn, New York. He sat with me and my husband for over three hours looking over my timeshare contracts. He told me not to pay anymore money to the timeshare developers. I wrote him a check and he told us not to worry, the process would take time. I sleep better at night knowing my timeshare worries are over.

When am i going to hear from an attorney about my case? I am getting letters from Hilton that i want to forward to them. I sent all my paperwork to the email address provided weeks ago, but have still no been contacted. Mike V. in Fla.
