Timeshare actually delivered what they said they would do. I am so glad that they fought and won my case. The resort I was contracted with was big and bad, therefore you had to get a company like TSC to match them with everything necessary to fight and snatch you out of their grip. I am so glad I AM FREE!!!

Too slow on updates of this account
Too slow on updates of this account. When they do call they are very nice and professional on the phone. I wish there was more updates from the lawyer side, so let us know what is going on with this account. Have not heard from the lawyer firm at all during this whole process, except to get a check. This has been 11 month process with little updates. With the money I spent in the beginning I would think this would be much better process going forward.

Regarding attorney interaction, it is very common not to have a lot of communication with your attorney. Their sole priority is to work on your case and communicate with your developer so our responsibility is being the liaison. This is a legal process and a lengthy one at that, 11 months is common. LOVE TSC
So far I am happy with TSC. My only concern is not hearing from them enough keeping me informed on where we stand. When I do it is always a step forward and I am happy with that. Received a call , tried to return call, left message, no response yet.

Seems to have taken much longer then I…
Seems to have taken much longer then I would have ever imagined. I'm not sure but is a timeshare contract and legal process that complex? The work was excellent and I did get out of the timeshare but it took almost 2 years.

Very poor follow-through
Very poor follow-through. The customer portal was touted as a way for us to keep apprised of the progress on our exit process, but has been poorly maintained. We have received emails telling us of progress made, but have found no mention of it on the portal. Our rep has to appeared to have changed multiple times, but the new reps don’t contact us by email. When I email a pdf of a Wyndham bill, I do not receive any verification that it has been received or any action taken. As far as I can feel, the only thing this process has netted us is owing almost $3,000 in late fees, and an initial outlay of nearly ⅓ of the amount we owed on our Wyndham loans. At this point, we would not recommend Timeshare Compliance to anyone considering them.

TSC is taking your review and all other reviews very seriously. One of the issues with growing is employee growth and position turn over or advancement. None of these issues are justifications for what you have mentioned. Each step you mentioned is part of our process and being re-evaluated by myself. A few items mentioned I will have your representative speak to you about. I see you spoke with her on 12/19/2018, but I would like her to review your case again. Timeshare Compliance Review
I give Timeshare Compliance high marks for keeping me and my wife up to date. My chief concern (which TC probably has little control over) is the time it takes to get our case litigated and settled satisfactorily.
