Utilizzato w4 pro - testato in italiano - inglese e croato - italiano; il prodotto non è utile, riconosce qualche parola, mai una frase intera, quasi sempre traduce senza un senso compiuto. Confermo le recensioni negative che ho letto, faccio fatica a pensare alla sopravvivenza di una fabbrica che produce un prodotto così inutile.

Absoluter Schrott und Geldverschwendung. Ich habe mich von den YouTube Videos und der Empfehlung der KI täuschen lassen und mir die M3 Kopfhörer gekauft um zum einen damit nach China zu reisen aber auch mit Freunden in Thailand zu kommunizieren. Nichts davon hat ansatzweise funktioniert. Jede Gratis-App auf dem Handy kann das besser. Die Kopfhörer und die dazugehörige App verstehen nichts und wenn dann wir völlig falsch übersetzt. Ärger und Frust vorprogrammiert. Was für eine Enttäuschung und Geldverschwendung. Wer bringt so einen Mist und Müll auf den Markt. Hätte ich bloß die Bewertung hier vorher gelesen. Zudem halten die Batterien im Kopfhörer keine Stunde durch. Bloß nicht kaufen!!

Timekettle W4 Pro Title: I ended up serving the device instead of it serving me As a student studying in English, I bought the Timekettle W4 Pro to help with lectures, but it’s been a frustrating experience. Classroom Issues: The built-in mic can't pick up a lecturer's voice from a distance. I had to buy an extra lapel mic just to get usable audio. Translation Quality: The extra mic improved accuracy by ~40%, but it still misses content and makes errors. Overall, it only provides about 50% actual help. Features: Media translation works well, but voice call translation failed, and there is no offline translation. Support: Customer support completely ignored me. I spent weeks using AI just to troubleshoot the device on my own. Bottom line: High cost, high effort, and poor support. Instead of a helpful tool for my studies, I ended up serving the earbuds rather than them serving me.

I have purchased 3 sets of Timekettle products, hoping to improve on each one. I bought the w4pro because of the comfortable ear hooks. But after just one month of use, the buds stopped synching. I contacted customer service and we exchange multiple emails trying to solve, and finally Timekettle admitted the product was defective. But, because I did not buy from them or Amazon, I had no recourse to warranty or service. The unit was 5 weeks old, it did not work, they clearly acknowledged it didn't work, but because I did not use their sales channel, I was out of luck. I even offered to PAY for service, but they said no. I am saddened by this attitude and warn any future customers to be concerned about their customer service.

Lieferzeit nicht eingehalten, Preisleistung stimmt nicht. Was diese Kopfhörer leisten können auch andere Kopfhörer die wir ausgetestet haben für 40 Euro! Übersetzung nicht für normale Konversation geeignet. Rücksendung nach China (von Deutschland aus) trägt der Käufer alleine. Rund 45 Euro! Ich persönlich rate ab von diesen Kopfhörern.

Hidden costs, terrible customer service, and fake data deletion!I highly discourage buying from this company. They hide customs duties and VAT costs, leaving customers with unexpected fees upon delivery. When I refused the parcel due to these hidden charges, it was returned to them. Instead of giving me a refund, they completely ignored my emails and tried to keep my money.Fortunately, I got a full refund through a chargeback from my bank, Barclays, who resolved the dispute in my favour. On top of that, their customer service lied directly to my face. They sent me an email confirming that my account and personal data would be deleted in accordance with UK GDPR. It was a complete lie – weeks later, my account is still fully active and they refuse to take action. Avoid them at all costs – they are dishonest, unprofessional liars!

The translating headphones do not even function as headphones much less translators. I’d be much happier with a $10 pair of headphones from Walmart because they actually function as headphones. Thoroughy upset I wasted my money on this product. Wish I could vote less than one star because it doesn’t even deserve one.
