The product has surpassed my expectations, it has done everything I want. Even I had a small problem so I emailed them and had a prompt reply asking for full information. I replied and within a very short time they gave me the information required, everything now again is perfect I highly recommend, any questions contact me. Dave

I live on the border between Mexico and US and work in farming education for the University of Arizona. We held our first ever Master Irrigator Program this week to teach ways to beat the 26 year drought on the Colorado River. I knew going into it we needed Spanish content from our needs assessment surveys. I took a gamble and purchased 26 W4 earbuds early April 2026 for people to use in the class and take back to their farm for everyday use. Eduardo from customer service in Costa Rica and "Penny" from headquarters in China took great care of me.I called a few times to check in on the order because it was critical for the class. They confirmed the larger than normal order and shipped it special for me. I got it in a couple weeks with no problems. The farm workers loved the technology! This will be a game changer for them I can see. We presented detailed scientific information in English and they followed along with no problems. This is one of these technologies that borders on the magical. I was told by one guy that he always had to have an interpreter when dealing with the company owner, but now he might be able to have one on one conversations alone. Can't wait to see how this tech develops further and what kind of updates are coming for them to update their W4 units with. Awesome product! Not gonna lie the negative reviews here made me second guess my choice, was a stressful couple of weeks, but they were totally opposite from my end use experience.

très content du produit et du service après vente qui sont très reactif et trouve toujours une solution merci

Timekettle W4 Pro product AMAZING PRODUCT This is an absolutely amazing product and a real game changer for travellers. I had the benefit of testing it out with my Japanese sister-in-law and we found it to be over 98% accurate. The only lag time with Japanese language speakers is because of their sentence structure, however when I’ve tried this with European languages, it was amazingly fast. I can thoroughly recommend this for both professional and holiday use and makes any conversation more enjoyable when the language barriers are broken down. Well worth every penny spent. Congratulations Timekettle.

Best experience ever! Help with the translation for me and my client, really great product for business!
