Guten Tag Bevor ihre Übersetzungen nicht besser werden, wäre es besser keine Werbung mehr zu machen. Die Übersetzung ist dermassen schlecht das es eine Qual ist.

Timekettle W4 Pro ​Title: I ended up serving the device instead of it serving me ​As a student studying in English, I bought the Timekettle W4 Pro to help with lectures, but it’s been a frustrating experience. ​Classroom Issues: The built-in mic can't pick up a lecturer's voice from a distance. I had to buy an extra lapel mic just to get usable audio. ​Translation Quality: The extra mic improved accuracy by ~40%, but it still misses content and makes errors. Overall, it only provides about 50% actual help. ​Features: Media translation works well, but voice call translation failed, and there is no offline translation. ​Support: Customer support completely ignored me. I spent weeks using AI just to troubleshoot the device on my own. ​Bottom line: High cost, high effort, and poor support. Instead of a helpful tool for my studies, I ended up serving the earbuds rather than them serving me.

I have purchased 3 sets of Timekettle products, hoping to improve on each one. I bought the w4pro because of the comfortable ear hooks. But after just one month of use, the buds stopped synching. I contacted customer service and we exchange multiple emails trying to solve, and finally Timekettle admitted the product was defective. But, because I did not buy from them or Amazon, I had no recourse to warranty or service. The unit was 5 weeks old, it did not work, they clearly acknowledged it didn't work, but because I did not use their sales channel, I was out of luck. I even offered to PAY for service, but they said no. I am saddened by this attitude and warn any future customers to be concerned about their customer service.

For the price DO NOT BOTHER. The time delay between speaking and translation is pointless. Google live translator is far more usable. Why isnt there a function where it translates at the same speed that it shows up the written translation on the screen?? When it does translate it is fairly accurate hence the reason it got 2 stars.

ES UN FRAUDE. Compré el modelo M3 y NO LO RECOMIENDO para nada. Acabo de venir de un viaje y lo he intentado usar, le he dado varias oportunidades en diversas situaciones y en todos los casos el resultado es malo. No es real lo que dice la publicidad del producto o la información de la marca. Además necesitas el tlf muy cerca de la fuente de sonido (interlocutor, TV, ordenador, etc) y aún así se traba, se desvinculan los auriculares y tienes que volver a meterlos en la caja y sacarlos de nuevo, etc... Ha sido desesperante y voy a devolverlos.

Ho chat per tanti giorni con l'assitenza post vendita di timekettle per trovare una soluzione al PROBLEMA tecnico e LIMITANTE del DISPOSITIVO che NON PERMETTE l'USO CONTEMPORANEO dell'ALTOPARLANTE esterno e degli AURICOLARI, affinché non vi siano PROBLEMI d'IGENE, ma nulla, il dispositivo è limitato. E per avevre il supporto off-line per altre lingue Europee. Oltre l'inglese il dispositivo NON SUPPORTA altre LINGUE EUROPEE in modalità OFF-LINE per l'ITALIANO. Modalità esaltata anche per la presenza dell'AI. attenzione accettano la restituzione del dispositivo, ma poichè per l'azienda la publicità non chiara non è un problema tecnico, le spese di restituzione saranno a tuo carico.

I had an Enence but wanted an in ear device, so I purchased the $500 new version. The company rejected my card, then took 5 days to refund the money they had already processed..?? I contacted their customer service and a local rep (who no longer works for them) called me and said he had the previous model I could purchase for $200. It's junk.. Randomly says words and phrases. Doesn't translate consistently. Went back to my Enence that I bought for $80. Much faster and more consistent. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON TIMEKETTLE!!!
