Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Called once to change a size and then back 2 days later to cancel a part of the order. They were extremely helpful!

This was the first time I shopped on Tilted Sole. I called the customer service department to verify a detail about one of the shoes I was going to purchase. They were very knowledgeable about the products and very professional. Shipping was super fast. I love the shoes I purchased. Will defiantly use them again.

I was so excited to purchase a pair of Limited Edition Irregular Choice shoes from TS. While TS shipped in a reasonable amount of time, the package itself came snail mail. On arrival, not only was the outside box completely crushed and the packaging tape almost completely off, but the shoe box itself was crushed! Fortunately the shoes were fine. However, since the shoes are collector's items, having the box crushed was upsetting. I have very mixed feelings about purchasing from this retailer moving forward.
