Ordered shoes as a Christmas present. Kept getting emails giving me a link for the status of the order but when used the link I couldn't get to my order.Now i have an e-mail saying my order was refunded/why?? Still cannot get to my order to see what the problem is!!

My shoes arrived quickly, in perfect condition. Received after three business days even though they were ordered during the Black Friday rush!

As shoe lover and especially IrregularChoice fan I was absolutely thrilled to find some of highly desired designs (that are sold out here in Europe online shops) on TiltedSole... However. IrregularChoice is not only famous for it's sensational, playful shoe designs but also for their enchanting, attractive and very useful shoe boxes. And here is my negative experience. One of the 4 boxes I got (boots box) was torn and one of the cinderella boxes came without the strings where you can carry the box. This shouldn't happen! I feel especially tricked since the US online shop Tiltedsole can be quite save that I would not hazel with sending back my order (customs is far too expensive!).

I needed to exchange my shoes and it seems customer service is not well trained to respond adequately. Mainly they didn't read all the information in the messages and I had to keep repeating myself an constantly asking for information. The follow up is poor and even though I wrote my name on the emails, they kept calling me by my made up email address name. I'm glad that I got the exchange correctly though.

They had a hard to find item at a fair price. Ordered, it shipped immediately, and arrived in excellent time and shape. Will not hesitate to use this company again.
