I’m always a bit worried ordering things overseas because there’s a lot of dishonest companies, but Tijnhome delivers. They have excellent, prompt customer service, great prices and very nice shoes. I plan to go on their website again if I need shoes. Beautiful, well made shoes. Packaged well too. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my 2 pairs in the mail.

TIJN are so helpful - I ordered two pairs of the Helka shoes but they size was too big for me. If you have narrow / non-wide feet they are definitely true to size, so you should order your regular size instead of sizing up like some other reviews suggest. The shoes are really cute, so I asked to return them for a smaller size and instead they are sending me two new, smaller sized pairs for no extra cost… amazing

The Helka black shoes are really cute and comfy, light weight which is nice for warmer days. By accident I ordered the wrong size and needed a 9 instead and they were super helpful in sending me a new pair. I’d definitely keep them on my radar for shopping more with them. I may even get the nude color!

This was my first experience with shopping with TIJN and I was so happy of the outcome. The quality of the shoes I bought was unrealistic. I love them so much and all the details that have been worked on. I cannot wait to receive another pair of shoes from them. From quality to fantastic customer support. I own three pairs of Tijn shoes and my mom owns two. They are the comfiest shoes and I have gotten so many compliments on them when I wear them!! I also love that they are vegan, it can be so hard to find polished and cute shoes that aren't leather. The customer service is also outstanding, any time I have an issue they respond to me quickly and are truly helpful. I love their entire online shop and will definitely do more shopping here. I highly recommend shopping with Tijnhome :)!

I purchased the Helka in the geometric pattern. They're definitely a stable piece that should be in every gal's closet. They run a little small in size....so size up. This company has excellent customer service. The shipping was quick, and the shoes were nicely packaged.

Service was great once I got a hold of someone. Previously I had email the exchange concern to the wrong email and did not get a response, so I was disappointed. Shoes seem to run small.
