I placed an order in September. No delivery to date & no response to my emails asking about its status, despite a supposed 24 hour response time. I have now requested my order be cancelled & refunded. Hope it comes.

I purchased 8 or 9 pairs of shoes over the past year for myself, daughter and adult granddaughter. They were all great, were delivered pretty quickly, and we loved the colors and quality of the shoes. However, one pair came apart at the toe and we asked for a replacement. At this point we have been promised a pair to replace them and are waiting for that to happen. They wanted the order number, which was hard for me to find, but they were good to work with. Assuming the replacements come through, this is a great company and we are very happy with them.

My experience with my first Tjin was excellent, their products are made with sustainability and responsibility for the planet in mind as as well as fashionable and gorgeous. Their customer services are very responsive and helpful. I love their knitted mules especially.

Beautiful shoes and wonderful service!

I've received my pair of shoes pretty fast! The package is nice and recyclable. The shoes is looking very good! All the details is great. I did order the size 9, but it wasn't fit. I did contacted the support and had great experience. The support team was very professional - they did answered fast on my emails and if they can't be available right away they did send notice to me for I was no worry. So support team did helped me to resolve my issue and resented the shoes in bigger size. I am very recommend shopping at Tijinhome! Deserves 5***review!!!

Trust worthy! The quality are perfect and elegant designs.

Customer service is excellent and the flats and sandals are so comfortable. I bought flats and sandals but unfortunately the flats were a bit too big. When I contacted customer service, they replied promptly (within 24 hours), and offered me to keep the flats that were too big and they’d send me a new one in the correct size! The prices of their products are affordable and I would definitely buy more from here again. Thank you :)

I wear Helgas every day for work. As an enrollment director visible to the public eye, I can’t tell you how many compliments I receive on my shoes. I decided to order another style, same size and they were too big. My feedback is to let others know how great their customer service is. I am impressed with their assurance of keeping a customer happy. I will be a lifelong customer after this experience.
