Great customer service - bought the wrong size but offered to ship me a new one

WOW! I absolutely LOVE their vegan shoes. And what really makes shopping with TIJN so special is their incredibly good customer service. They are super nice, ship very quickly and their styles are SO CUTE. I am absolutely OBSESSED with their Laney shoes. They are beyond comfortable. I bought one pair to wear to a 5 day trade show and they are so comfortable and cute that I'm ordering a second pair today. Plus I LOVE that this company is CRUELTY FREE, vegan and sustainable. Thank you!!!

I have ordered many times with this company. And the quality of product and care has always been excellent. Recently the size I purchased wasn't the right fit for me and the assistance in this matter was remarkable. The products are exceptional quality. The customer assistance is fast and thorough.

I purchased 8 or 9 pairs of shoes over the past year for myself, daughter and adult granddaughter. They were all great, were delivered pretty quickly, and we loved the colors and quality of the shoes. However, one pair came apart at the toe and we asked for a replacement. At this point we have been promised a pair to replace them and are waiting for that to happen. They wanted the order number, which was hard for me to find, but they were good to work with. Assuming the replacements come through, this is a great company and we are very happy with them.

My experience with my first Tjin was excellent, their products are made with sustainability and responsibility for the planet in mind as as well as fashionable and gorgeous. Their customer services are very responsive and helpful. I love their knitted mules especially.
