TijnhomeReviews of tijnhome.com

I've purchased many pairs of shoes over the years from Tijn and loved them all. They are comfortable and last. My last order was 1 pair of boots, 3 pairs of shoes. I never got the boots although I sent requests 5 times for refund or boots with no response. One pair is too small and another pair that I just love, have fallen apart after 3 wears. Won't be recommending or shopping with them again.

I am a long time shopper for TIJN Zabby shoes for work. I love them as they are so comfortable. I don't know what has changed with quality control - its a simple shoe - but on first wear, these shoes have disintegrated on my feet! I have purchased 2 pairs! The glue has physically turned to dust. The shoes appeared fine in the first hour of use, a bit creaky, however, walking has caused any glue to separate / degenerate, and the soles of my shoes were flapping off both feet in the second hour. I picked up the soles and put them in my bag, to avoid embarrassment, hoping no-one would notice. Immediately thereafter the lining and the upper separated and I had to go barefoot to the shoe-store for an unnecessary pair of shoes to get through the day. Very disappointed. I have attempted to reassemble this DIY shoe-kit. What a waste of money.

Bought two pairs of shoes from Walk On by Tijn and they both fell apart within 6 months. They also felt quite cheap. I actually bought a pair a couple of years ago and while they cost more then, the shoes felt more high quality. Don't buy!

I have about 4-5 pairs of the Helka shoe; LOVE them! When I stumbled upon a surprise fit issue with one; their customer service team was very fast and helpful! My favorite minimal chic shoe!

Great customer service - bought the wrong size but offered to ship me a new one

WOW! I absolutely LOVE their vegan shoes. And what really makes shopping with TIJN so special is their incredibly good customer service. They are super nice, ship very quickly and their styles are SO CUTE. I am absolutely OBSESSED with their Laney shoes. They are beyond comfortable. I bought one pair to wear to a 5 day trade show and they are so comfortable and cute that I'm ordering a second pair today. Plus I LOVE that this company is CRUELTY FREE, vegan and sustainable. Thank you!!!

I have ordered many times with this company. And the quality of product and care has always been excellent. Recently the size I purchased wasn't the right fit for me and the assistance in this matter was remarkable. The products are exceptional quality. The customer assistance is fast and thorough.

I needed a new size and TIJN took care of it for me! Great quality for price highly recommend!
