I ordered size 7 shoe and they were too big. I contacted customer service to return and get a size 6. Customer service emailed me the next day and said they would be sending me the correct size. I was also told I did not have to return the wrong size, but to donate or give someone that could use them. Great Customer Service !!!

Hello I recently ordered an item that was too small and reached out to TIJN and they responded with the best news I've ever gotten from a company. Kept the item. and give it to a friend and they will sent me the correct size. Have you ever had a company to do that? Thanks TIJN.

Ordered a cute pair of shoes that were too small. I made 3 attempts via email (the one I used for my order) to get a RA, with no response. Since there wasn’t even an acknowledgment of my emails, I decided to use one of my other email accounts, and immediately received an email requesting my order info. I am happy to say that my new size is being sent out immediately! Looking forward to receiving my new shoes and ordering more.
