Took over a month to ship the wrong part after paying for expedited shipping. Now after 25min. On hold they say it will cost me me to ship it back and restocking fee. What a terrible business they run. Customer service is a joke every time IF you get someone they're no help. Find another company don't waste your money.

Zero stars. Do not order from this company. The products are very low quality and the customer service is horrible. No shipping or tracking information. No order follow up. We had a table damaged during shipping and followed the claim process. No response. Had to follow up several times only to be told the small parts would be replaced and not the table. Client had more issues and drawer front fell off. Tiger Medical said it was due to loose screws and they ship products that way. We then asked for a return and were told we were out of the 30 day window and it was a warranty item. Called the manufacturer who said they would not cover it since it was damaged during shipping.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please understand that we are a dealer, not the manufacturer and do not make these products. In addition, damaged goods during shipping is a tricky process and frankly, take quite some time to complete. Nonetheless, I do admit we should have done a better job with customer service and following up on your order.

Horrible customer service. They don't know what they are talking about. I requested and paid for overnight shipping and it did not arrive timely. They have ridiculously limited customer service hours - you can't get them on a Friday afternoon. They don't send email confirmations. Their online website doesn't work when checking on an order status. I was told to ask for a particular person, Dan, but the rep I spoke with would not transfer me.

I apologize for the poor experience as there has been some confusion in regards to overnight shipping on products with lead times. For example, if a product has a lead time of 2 days, we can ship it overnight after 2 days. We have since made tremendous improvements to make this as clear as possible on the website. Nonetheless I do apologize for the poor experience.

They sent the wrong item then after I returned it they said it returned damaged in a way that it just could not have been damaged during transport. Their most recent stars are all bad.

horrible experience!!! FIRST, THEY OVERCHARGED MY CREDIT CARD. I REQUEST 1 OR 2 DAY AIR DELIVERY, THEY SPEND 1-2 DAYS TRYING TO FIND THE CHEAPEST SHIPPING COMPANIES. ALL CHARGES LIKE THIS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED AND PREPAYED. LIE TO YOU THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. CALL YOU TO VERBALLY TELL YOU INSTEAD OF SENDING IT IN WRITING. CALL YOU TO TELL YOU THEY ARE SPLITTING THE SHIPMENT UP INTO 2 SHIPMENTS AS IT IS TOO BIG TO GO OUT IN ONE DELIVERY. THE SMALL PARTIAL DELIVERY SHOWS UP 1 DAY AIR. THE BALANCE DELIVERY SHOWS UP 2 DAYS LATER. YOU KNOW HOW I FIND THAT OUT? I AM GIVEN TRACKING INFORMATION THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE. I CALL THE TRUCKING COMPANY AND THEY TELL ME THEY JUST PICKED IT UP 20 MINUTES AGO.THEN DON'T REIMBURSE YOU FOR RIPPING YOU OFF ON THE NEXT DAY AIR FREIGHT CHARGE. NEEDED EXAM LIGHTS FOR AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL GOING UP IN NYC BECAUSE OF THIS COVID EPIDEMIC - THEY KNEW THIS AND DID NOT CARE! I HAD TO HOLD PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT CARD TO DISPUTE THE OVERCHARGE.

I could have given 1 star but i got great responses from the other customer service team but only to Brittany on 14 feb 2020. I know this is a hard time for the sales team to handle issue with many demand customer during corona virus. The issue when i spoke to her about stock. She did answer once and left the conversation when i ask another question. I was being polite to clarify the stock between respiratory/ surgical mask in detail but she did not seem understand the differences left the conversation without any reply. Its not good in the long run if you guys wanna maintain good business relationship with your customer. You never knew someone whom you talking to has prospective b2b relationship. I ordered an item in January and never received the product. When I called the company, she told me the order was cancelled by their sales team. No notification (phone call or email) was received. In addition, when I ordered the product, the price went up in half an hour. Is this an American company? I've never had this kind experience before.

I wish i could give them a higher rating. It was a great product and great item i wanted to buy. I wanted to get a O2/pulse reader. found one that i wanted. Went to different companies and ended up here. It was brand name with batteries and Bluetooth enabled. I will order that one. 2 wk later (not a bad time for cross country drop shipping). I get the item I open the box and it says USB ONLY. Contact the no help desk. They contact the company and say they no longer sale the Bluetooth enabled version. Do you want to return it or keep it. At $700 I want what i ordered and opted to send it back they charged me 15% restocking fee for returning the wrong part that was shipped to me. Do not order anything from them. they will ship the wrong part and always make money off you.
